After registering[i] in the BTFN system and successfully logging in, please follow these steps to complete service payments:

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Select Bank Application Submission

1. From the dropdown menu, select “Bank Application Submission.”

Step 2: Create Service Application

1. Go to “Create Service Application.”

Step 3: Choose the Appropriate Description

1. In the “Create Service Application” section, select the descriptions as follows:

i. Section Description: Travel Services
ii. Chapter Description: Education Services
iii. Sub-Heading Description:
a. Stipend & Tuition Fees (Student Living Allowance)
b. Visa Fees
c. Course fees including online fees
d. Other specify (Block Account) (Choose whichever is relevant)

If the student wants to remit the OSHC, kindly select the descriptions as follows:
i. Section Description: Insurance & Premium Services
ii. Chapter Description: Outward Treaty
iii. Sub-Heading Description: Premium

Step 4: Complete the required field and save.
Service Details:

1. Invoice No.: Enter your student ID if no invoice is applicable.
2. Invoice Date: Use the offer letter date if no invoice is applicable; otherwise, use the invoice date.
3. Invoice Amount: Enter the amount to be remitted and save it.

Documentation Details:

  1. Attach and submit the necessary documents as required.[ii]
