GoBoB Wallet Deletion/Closure Policy
goBoB wallet deletion/closure is not available through the App. However, the following are the process to be followed for deletion/closure from our Branch offices:
1. Form Submission:
Customers are required to fill out goBoB wallet deactivation form available at our website.
2. Verification
Customers are required to visit nearest BoB branches in person for verification.
Customers are required to submit CID/Workpermit/Passport copy to confirm identity along with the deactivation form.
3. Processing Time
After the verification of form and document, the deletion or closure request will be processed within 1-2 working days.
4. Confirmation
Respective Branch focal will call and inform the customer upon successful wallet closure.
4. Re-activation
In the event that the customer needs to reuse the wallet, customer will be required to re-register for the goBoB wallet.
