Bank of Bhutan Limited is pleased to announce the following open vacancy:

Selection and shortlisting

  • A total of 10 candidates will be shortlisted for the personal interview and driving test based on their Class 10 marksheet and driving experience.
  • The selection process will consist of two components: the interview and the practical driving test, each carrying 50% weight. To qualify, candidates must achieve a minimum overall score of 70%.
  • The candidate with the highest score will be selected for the position, while those scoring above 70% will be placed on a standby list for six months.

Appointment

  • The selected employee shall be given placement at Phuntsholing.
  • Incase if the employee is not willing to go to the given placement, then his/her selection would be considered as disqualified.
  • The selected candidates will require to undergo medical and drug tests as part of the final appointment process. If a candidate tests positive or is deemed medically unfit, their appointment will be cancelled and the next standby would be given the opportunity. As per standard procedure, the cost for these tests will be borne by BOB.

  2. Citizenship ID Card;
  3. Security Clearance Certificate;
  4. All Academic Transcripts and Course Completion Certificates;
  5. Training Certificates (if applicable).
  6. Previous Work Experience Certificates (if applicable); and
  7. Valid Audit Clearance if employed
  8. No Objection Certificate if employed
  9. Valid Driving License/PD License

Note: Valid Audit clearance and NOC of employed candidate must be attached with work experience certificate of letter in profile detail.

The applicants shall be shortlisted, based on the criteria stated and the shortlisted candidates will be informed about the venue and timing for the interview and driving test.

The last date of application is 16th December 2024 before the closure of our business hours. BoB will not receive any physical application.
