1.1 Eligibility criteria:

Education QualificationMinimum of Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized College/University obtained on a full-time mode. 
Work ExperienceShould have worked at least 10 years in the relevant field (that could include a maximum of 18 months for higher studies/sabbatical). Preference will be given to candidates with accounting and auditing background.
GradeP1A and above for civil servants; DRG 4 and above for DHI owned companies or equivalent.
Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesThe CV of applicants should demonstrate the following:
a. Good communication skills including presentation;
b. Strong analytical abilities;
c. A working knowledge of statistics and confidence to make decisions that will affect Bank’s bottom line;
d. Relevance of knowledge and experience in the position announced;
e. Ability to lead and manage; and
f. Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Service RecordShould possess clean service record (Audit Clearance) and not be convicted by the court of law. (Security Clearance)

Other Benefits1. Performance Based Variable Pay (PBVP) of 31.67% (maximum) of basic pay based on annual performance
2. Other entitlements: Eligible as per the BoB Service Rule (BoBSR)
Appointment Status and TenureOn contract for an initial period of three years with possibility of extension for two terms after the completion of the first term by following the due process of renewal. The term shall include incumbent’s transfer to other functional units.
